Early Voting Ends Friday
Some 365 people had voted either Republican or Democratic as of Wednesday morning, and another 100 had returned absentee ballots in early voting for next Tuesday’s primary run-off.
Only 395 people voted Republican in the primary in May, so it is a larage turnout for a run-off already.
Early voting continues today and tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Courthouse. After that, intersted parties can vote from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 24.
The winner of the primaries will advance to the general election in November.
