Persons Are Arrested

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded to several reports of theft in the last week.

A resident of Liberty Church Road complained that a red antique gas pump was taken from his property. A resident on Nighthawk Court said he was missing a rubber duckie and an anchor and rope.

A lady in the area of Mason Street and Fred Smith Street complained that her wallet had been taken with cash, a debit card, EBT card and more inside. Lastly a resident on Bear Creek Marina Drive complained that he had paid for landscaping that had not been done.

In addition to those thefts, a couple of people reported identification fraud to the JCSO this week.

Persons arrested in the last week, and their charges, include:

•William Paul Perry, 32, Stockbridge—probation violation.

•Frederick Lamar King, Sr., 45, Monticello—giving false name, address or birthdate to law enforcement officer (two counts).

•Mary Louise Gonyou, 36, Covington—possession of methamphetamine and possession of Schedule I controlled substance.

•Drakelione Akeem Andrews, 21, Eatonton—reckless conduct.

•Victoria Marie Blair, 33, Rutledge—failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Demarcus Arkeel Sands, 23, Monticello—forgery-1st degree, driving while license suspended or revoked, and Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Calvin Martellis Jones, 29, Covington—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, purchase/possess/manufacture/distribute/sale of marijuana, sale of Schedule III, IV or V controlled substance and purchase/possess/manufacture/distribution or sale of marijuana.

•Kayla Marie Bedingfield, 25, Monticello—sale of methamphetamine (two counts) and purchase/possession/manufacture/distribution or sale of marijuana (two counts).

•Jarrod Steven Hall, 35, Monticello—possession of a Schedule I or II with intent to distribute and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance.

•Alexander Michael Griffin, 20, McDonough—theft by taking (two counts), possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a felony and entering automobile (two counts).

•Jimmy Darrin Moore, 49, Gray—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, and drugs related objects.

•Kristen Lane Hill, 36, Monticello—possession of a Schedule I or II drug with intent to distribute.

•Ramon Arturo Jackson, 42, Monticello—probation violation.

•Dustin Kip Trice, 28, Greensboro—Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Sydney Lynn Brock, 27, Monticello—Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Kory Stuart Wilson, 39, Newborn—cruelty to children-1st degree (two counts) and aggravated assault (two counts).

•Obie Kester Lucky, 38, Monticello—simple assault and probation violation.

•Christopher William Gustin, 24, Chester—probation violation.

•Todd Johnathan Stimus, 57, Monticello—battery and criminal trespass.

•William Chadwick Aiken, 31, Covington—failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Garrik Lydon Hogan, 28, Monticello—driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Austin Robert Tatum, 27, Monticello—criminal damage to property, second degree and obstruction or hindering persons making emergency telephone 911 call.

•Christopher Lee Kell, 19, Monticello—Jasper County Probate Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

•Chelsea Nicole Davis, 25, Mansfield—probation violation.

•Lentravius Montrell Burke, 19, Monticello—driving while unlicensed and operation of unregistered vehicle.

•Patricia Ann Mize, 34, Gray—probation violation.
