Persons Are Arrested

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded to several calls over the last week, many of which were subsequently turned over to the department’s investigators.

There were several reports of fraud during the past week. Deputies took a report on a stolen vehicle, which was later recovered in Alabama. They also had a report of a stolen motorcycle.

In addition, numerous arrests were made in the last week. Those who were arrested, and their charges, include:

•Cary Delaine Terrill, 56, Monticello—hold for warrant at Newton Co. Sheriff’s Office.

•Kristy Miranda Barfield, 39, Douglasville—possession of methamphetamine.

•Darrell Paul Rogers, 39, Morrow—possession of methamphetamine.

•Codie Alexander Jeffares, 25, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and probation violation.

•Donald Torry Beacham, 39, Madison—probation violation.

•Jamie Leanne Blackmon, 38, Monticello —probation violation.

•Octavious Sharod Pennamon, 23, Athens—trafficking in cocaine/marijuana/meth. Or illegal drugs, possession of methamphetamine (two counts), possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Candace Diane Bloodworth, 36, Monticello—financial transaction card theft.

•Devin Skylar Lamar Lemon, 24, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine., possession of methamphetamine (two counts), and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Brianna Samantha Stribling, 22, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine (two counts), trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Brittany Sabrina Stribling, 21, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana, or methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Kimberly Lynn Holcombe, 42, Covington—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving in violation of a limited permit.

•Kurtis Kyle Barronton, 24, Covington—failure to report an accident, failure to stop at stop sign, hit and run; duty of driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident.

•Marvin Collier Stinson, 51, Shady Dale— probation violation.

•Michael Thomas Hubbard, 48, Rutledge:—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane and open container.

•Katelyn Rebecca McKenzie, 23, Hampton—battery.

•Stephen Paul Barnett, 29, Mansfield—possession of methamphetamine (four counts).

•Amber Nicole Collins, 23, Conyers—possession of methamphetamine (four counts).

•Nicole Starr Anderson, 30, McCaysville— probation violation.

•Kenneth Anthony Thurman, 55, Monticello—criminal trespass.

•Timothy Joel McDaniel, 57, Covington—probation violation.

•Christopher Wilson, 24, Covington—aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, cruelty to children and pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another.
