Early Voting Takes Place for One Week

Voters may return to the polls as early as today, Nov. 21, to cast their vote in the runoff elections for Secretary of State and for Public Service Commissioner.

Republican Brad Raffensberger is taking on democrat John Barrow in the runoff for secretary of state. For public service commissioner, incumbent Republican Chuck Eaton is trying to stave off a bid from Democrat Lindy Miller.

Early voting will take place today, Nov. 21, from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the courthouse and then all next week—Nov. 26-30 the same hours.

Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4 when the races will be decided.

Anyone who was eligible to vote in the general election may vote in the run-off.
