Persons Are Arrested

There was little criminal activity reported in Monticello and Jasper County over the last week, with some people being arrested, but no thefts reported.

Those arrested, and their charges, include:

•Dianna Marie Sprayberry, 31, Monticello—possession of a schedule IV controled substance and drugs not in original container.

•Susana Ortiz Garcia, 34, Shady Dale—cruelty to children-1st degree, reckless conduct causing harm to or endangering the safety of minor and maintaining a disorderly house.

•Terry Shane Parham, 43, Monticello—probation violation.

•Timothy Lynwood, Jr., 30, Newborn—probation violation.

•Carly Madison Cloud, 17, McDonough—purchase/possess/manufacture/distribution, or sale of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

•Michael Todd Hallas, 28, Hillsboro—probation violation.

•James Edward Clowers, Jr., 31, Mansfield—cruelty to children-2nd degree and criminal trespass.

•Pamela Rebekah Whitt, 22, Monticello—probation violation.

•Tammy Lynn Bonds, 33, Conyers—probation violation.

•Garrik Lyndon Hogan, 29. Monticello—driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Joseph Sidney Dumas, 69, Nashville, TN—hit and run, duty of driver to stop at or return to the scene of an accident.

•Robert Brian Phillips, 48, Jackson—hold for a warrant in Henry Co.
