Piedmont Tennis Earns Victories

Several Piedmont Academy tennis players had standout afternoons at Monsignor Donovan this week.

For the Lady Cougars MaLynne Webb and Fleming Sealy won 8-0 in doubles play. Sealy then team with Hannah Tyler and posted an 8-0 win.

Piedmont’s boys were led by Brock Greenwood in singles play who earned an 8-5 victory. Banks Benton also took an 8-4 win.

In doubles play Cody Brimberry and Benton earned an 8-6 win during the match in Athens.

Piedmont’s tennis players will face Gatewood on March 26 on the road at 3:30 p.m
