Grand Jury Indictments Are Listed

The Jasper County Grand Jury February Term of 2019 convened this month to review criminal charges in Jasper Superior Court for possible indictments.

Those indicted and their charges included:

Didi Parker, nine counts including possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to distribute (ITD), possession of methamphetamine with ITD, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with ITD, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, criminal use of an article with an altered identification mark, possession of marijuana, and possession of firearm by convicted felon.

Michael Jones, nine counts including possession of methamphetamine with ITD, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV controlled substance with ITD, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana with ITD, possession of drug related objects, driving on improper registration, use of license plate to conceal identity, and no proof of insurance.

Alexander Griffin and Gage Thomas, both six counts including four counts of entering an automobile and two counts of theft by taking.

Michael Griffin Newsome and Matthew Hunter Smiley, both six counts including three counts of sodomy, two counts of underage possession of alcohol, and one count of statutory rape.

Kirk Hollis, five counts including two counts of obstruction of an officer (misdemeanor), obstruction of an officer (felony), driving under the influence (DUI), and driving while license suspended.

John Garland Thomason, five counts including three counts of criminal trespass and two counts of criminal damage to property in the second degree.

Marcus Campbell, seven counts including two counts of possession of marijuana with ITD, sale of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with ITD, possession of methamphetamine with ITD, and possession of schedule IV controlled substance with ITD.

Suzanne Barnes, three counts including sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with ITD, and possession of cocaine.

Kyle Dupree, four counts including possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, crossing the guard line with contraband, and possession of methamphetamine.

Michael Anthony Boone, three counts including possession of a schedule II controlled substance with ITD, possession of methamphetamine, and obstruction of an officer.

Anna Dupree, one count of possession of methamphetamine.

Karen Teresa Camp, four counts including two counts each of aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

Kristopher Kinna, four counts including possession of methamphetamine with ITD, possession of marijuana with ITD, illegal use of communication facility, and possession of drug related objects.

Tara Young, four counts including sale of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with ITD, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with ITD, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with ITD.

Kenson Hunte and Nyliah Washington, both with three counts including two counts of theft by taking and one count of identity fraud.

Mahogony Roundtree, Marcus Lee, Jr., Erica Simmons, Laqueda Irvin, China Parks, Selina Siharath, Zoya Jones, Mollithia Person, Alicia Person, Princess Simon, Justin Bostic, Sierra Crowder, Dequan Grier, Erica Blue, Charles Green, Jr., Priscilla Haynes, Taliah Hendrix, and Selena Robinson, all charged with one count each of identity fraud and theft by taking.

Erik Trent, three counts including possession of methamphetamine with ITD, possession of marijuana with ITD, and tampering with evidence.

Jarrod Hall and Kristen Hill, both with two counts including possession of schedule I controlled substance with ITD and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

Clayton Hardy, one count of burglary in the second degree.

Michael Sizemore, one count of possession of methamphetamine with ITD.

Thomas Robert Anderson, Jr., one count of burglary in the second degree.
