Lady Knights Volleyball Keeps Winning

On September 9, Shiloh Christian Academy held Senior Night to honor Tori Cornelius and Kaitlin Boynton for their dedication and hard work.

The Lady Knights hosted the Nathanael Greene Lady Patriots. The first match went in favor of the Knights as they won, 25-14, game two SCA players Olivia Troutman and Amil Clark had big serving streaks to keep them ahead of the Lady Patriots to win match two 25-6. Match three Katie Carter started off for the Knights with a 6-point serving streak, which gave them a 6-0 lead within a minute of play. They won match three 25-16 to continue their winning streak to be 4-0 in their standings.

On September 10, the Shiloh Lady Knights hosted the Providence Lady Warriors. The Lady Knights won the first match with a close 25-22. In match two the Providence Warriors won the first point off serve and kept pushing their way to a lead, but the Lady Knights would not let up that easy and kept the match going back and forth.

Olivia Troutman had a serving streak to give the Lady Knights the largest lead of the match with 6 points. Shiloh won match two 25-18. The Providence Warriors came back and regained the lead to win match three 25-20. The Lady Knights won match four 25-14 and ended the game with the best three out of five.

Last Thursday, the Lady Knights traveled to Covington to play a non-region game against Grace Christian Academy. The Knights won the first match 25-21, lost the second match 25-18, won the third match 25-23, and won the fourth match 25-18. The two high scorers for the game were Amil Clark and Savannah Caswell both with 15 points each. The Knights remain undefeated for the season.
