Brian Eugene Baugh
Brian Eugene Baugh 46, of 235 Linchburg Road, Eatonton, transitioned to his eternal rest on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019.
Brian Baugh was born in Madison, on January 4, 1973, to Ruby Smith and the late Percy Baugh. Brian is preceded in death by his father.
Mr. Baugh was united in holy matrimony to Mrs. Kathey McDowell Baugh in August of 2006.
He received his formal education in the Putnam County public school system, this is where he gained his love of football. Brian was employed at Georgia Pacific in Madison for 24 years. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather. Brian hobbies were hunting, fishing and tending to his precious dogs.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a loving and devoted wife, Kathey McDowell Baugh; two daughters, Makayla Baugh and Angelica Alexander; one son, DeAndre (Tamala) Alexander; a caring mother, Ruby Smith; three sisters, Patricia Baugh Bullard, Sharon (Stevie) Young, Matella (Michael) Okonkwo; two brothers, ITroyd Baugh, Terrell (Barbara) Griffen; two sister-in-laws, Shirley (Ellis) Benton and Dorothy Wise; one brother-in-law, Ray Wise; a mother-in-law, Virginia McDowell; four aunts, Carrie Banks, Ernestine (Ronald) Banks, Elizabeth Hollis and Ardis Houston; three uncles, Frank (Cynthia) Farley, Cecil Farley and Rufus Farley; four grandchildren, DeArione, Drake, Darla and Grayson Alexander; two god-children, Jamel Gude and Javares Simmons and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life for Mr. Baugh will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020 at God of Peace Ministries, 601 S. Jefferson Avenue, Eatonton, Ga., Minister Sharon Young, Eulogist.
