Tennis Tourney Concludes

The Jasper County Tennis Tournament held its championship round of action last week.

Calvin Garvin emerged as the singles finals victor with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Sam Kelly.

In doubles action, Garvin teamed with Kerby Pullard to defeat Joseph Johnston and Richard Johnson 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 in the semifinals. Garvin and Pullard went on to defeat Mike Johnston and Jon Parrish 6-1, 6-2.
