CAR DRIVER UNHURT

The driver of this car was apparently unhurt after it collided with a concrete mixer on Hwy. 212 west of Monticello Tuesday. The driver of the concrete mixer was taken by ambulance to the hospital, but the driver of the car was not transported by ambulance, according to bystanders. Jasper County deputies and other emergency personnel responded, but the Georgia State Patrol worked the accident, but no information was available Wednesday, as the GSP secretary was not at work.
