Persons Are Arrested Here
It was a relatively light week for criminal activity in Jasper County during the past week, as there were two reports of identity fraud, and not much else.
However deputies did respond to several accidents during the week, as well as making some 91 traffic stops, along with 16 stopping suspicious person or vehicle.
Some of those stops resulted in arrests, while many received citations or warnings.
Persons arrested in the last, and their charges, include:
•Shirley Jean Suttles, 61, Monticello—obstruction of a law enforcement officer (two counts).
•Javada Tamese Stegall, 35, Newborn—simple battery.
•Carlton Derek Stegall, 37, Newborn—simple battery.
•Alishia Calderon, 37, Madison—open container, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey traffic control devices.
•Marty Len Dixon, 37, Dublin—hold for warrant at Dublin Police Department.
•Maynard Elroy Ratzell, III, 45, Monticello—simple battery.
•Jeremy Daniel Crince, 41, Griffin—false statements or writings, suspended vehicle registration and driving while license suspended or revoked.
•Cameron Brent Moss, 25, Monticello—probation violation.
•Albert Antonio Gantt, Jr., 31, Monticello—theft by taking.
•Bernard Levan Collins, 40, Milledgeville—public indecency.
•Logan Kent Milner, 18, Jackson—burglary-2nd degree.
•Ty Andrew Taylor, 18, Eatonton—burglary-2nd degree.
