Grand Jury Returns Indictments

The August Term, 2020 of the Jasper County Grand Jury convened October 9 to review the indictments presented by District Attorney Stephen Bradley.

True billed indictments include the following:

•Jacklyn Andrews, two counts of child molestation

•Jermaine Eugene Andrews, two counts including possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana, less than an ounce

•Dylan Atkinson, one count of burglary in the first degree

•Brandon Biddy, eight counts including possession of methamphetamine, obstruction of an officer, failure to stop at stop sign, no proof of insurance, failure to wear seat safety belt, possession of firearm by convicted felon, and two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer

•Tonja Blandon, five counts including driving under the influence (DUI), endangering a child while driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, open container, child safety restraint violation

•Jerry Lee Boswell, two counts of false imprisonment

•Robert Bowden, Jr., one count of cruelty to children in the first degree

•Cerfernnio Brown, 11 counts including three counts of violation of habitual violator probationary license, two counts of DUI, three counts of obstruction of an officer, failure to maintain lane, littering, open container

•Ecta Viea Bryant, four counts including two counts of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, obstruction of an officer, and improper U-turn

•Deanna Burrell, Danny Criswell and Jessica DeCosse, one count each of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and Burrell adds one count of obstruction of an officer.

•Taylor Clement, three counts including two counts of aggravated assault and simple battery, family violence

•Randall Couey, five counts including burglary in the first degree, criminal damage to property in the second degree, possession of methamphetamine, crossing the guard line with contraband, and possession of methamphetamine

•Selena Honigford, one count of possession of methamphetamine.

•Arden Cowan, two counts of terroristic threats and obstruction of an officer

•Donald Cox, four counts including two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of terroristic threats

•Chalmers Dobbs and Sara Dobbs, one count each of violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act

•Robert Dale Drummond, 21 counts including fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, two counts of aggravated assault, interference with government property, two counts of obstruction of an officer, driving while license suspended, two counts of tampering with evidence, DUI (less safe), failure to maintain lane, operating a vehicle without insurance, expired tag, operation of vehicle without revalidation decal, failure to wear seat safety belt, three counts of failure to stop at stop sign, and driving without a license

•Steve Dukes, three counts including two counts of criminal attempt to commit a felony and electronically furnishing obscene material to minors

•Damon Entrekin, Dustin Sailors, and Matthew Walker, one count each of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance with intent to distribute

•Johnny Dwayne Farley, one count of sale of methamphetamine

•Timothy Gawenda, one count of aggravated battery

•Jonathan Daniel Griffin, six counts including possession of methamphetamine, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, speeding, possession of drug related objects, driving without a license, and possession of firearm by convicted felon

•Lola Grogan, two counts including manufacturing methamphetamine and trafficking methamphetamine

•Noah Jackson, one count of statutory rape

•Quantez Demond Jackson, six counts including possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, less than an ounce, obstruction of an officer, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer

•Richard Neal Jackson, three counts including possession of cocaine, obstruction of an officer, and possession of firearm by convicted felon

•Kenneth Jacobs, two counts including aggravated assault and battery, family violence

•Ricky Johnson, six counts of driving while license suspended, hit and run, driving on improper registration, aggressive driving, damaging mailboxes, and entering an automobile

•Patrick Latibeadiere, five counts of aggravated assault.

•David Learn, three counts including computer pornography and two counts of electronically furnishing obscene material to minors

•Calvin Heath Ledford, one count of child molestation

•Henry Maddox, three counts of sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of firearm by convicted felon

•Alla Mathura, two counts including aggravated stalking and obstruction of an officer

•James William Mckown, one count of incest

•Eric McMichael, one count of burglary in the second degree

•Quan Middlebrooks, five counts including two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of firearm by convicted felon

•Desmond Willingham, five counts including two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of firearm by convicted felon

•Logan Milner and Ty Andrew Taylor, one count each of burglary in the second degree

•Stephen Morton, one count of burglary in the second degree

•James Brian Moss, one count of aggravated assault

•Robert Peterson, three counts of child molestation

•Jonathan Powell, four counts including aggravated stalking, two counts of obstruction of an officer, and criminal attempt to commit a felony

•James Price, 13 counts including 11 counts of arson in the third degree, criminal damage to property in the second degree, and criminal trespass

•Angela Rainwater, five counts including sale of methamphetamine, three counts of possession of methamphetamine, and use of license plate to conceal identity.

•Juan Carlos Herrera, one count of use of license plate to conceal identity

• Charles Sams, five counts including obstruction of an officer, terroristic threats, possession of cocaine, theft by shoplifting, and public drunkenness

•Joshua Scott, 10 counts including fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, driving while license suspended, driving without a license, reckless driving, no proof of insurance, speeding, affixing of plate to conceal or misrepresent identity, failure to stop at stop sign, and improper passing

•Phillip Keith Settle, one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute

•John Walter Shears, one count of violation of Georgia Controlled Substances Act

•Jason K. Slaton, one count of sale of methamphetamine

•Antioneus Smith, Oliver Jackson, and Quantez Jackson, two counts each of aggravated assault

•Joshua Wayne Stewart, three counts including rape, incest, and aggravated child molestation

•Shirley Suttles, three counts including terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of an officer

•Steven Wilson, four counts including two counts of aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and battery, family violence

•Deldrick Williams, three counts including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, obstruction of an officer, and tampering with evidence

•Kelby Williams and Jaylin Daniel, two counts each including robbery by sudden snatching and criminal damage to property in the second degree

•William Justin Wilson, one count of possession of firearm by convicted felon

• Willie Wise, one count of aggravated assault

•Marvis Wyman, two counts of aggravated assault and simple battery.

•Alvin Yates, Sr., one count of aggravated assault.
