I.D. Theft, Burglaries Are Reported Here
Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office have been busy. They investigated several identity thefts and/or forgeries during the last week.
In addition, a charges of entering auto have been levied after a deputy caught someone breaking into vehicles on Jackson Lake Road.
The city of Monticello discovered a theft of services incident on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. Lots of tools were taken from an address on Hwy. 212 west and deputies were called to 898 College Street—Jasper Memorial Hospital and The Retreat Nursing Home about a theft. No details were provided.
Persons arrested in the last week, and their charges, include:
•Dean Gibson Kilby, 63, Monticello—terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. Mr. Kilby made threats toward a Jasper County deputy.
•Ryan Daniel Herrington, 42, Guyton—criminal solicitation and distributing obscene material. Mr. Herrington sent a photo of himself engaged in illicit
activity via Facebook Messenger. He also solicited photos from a minor.
•Jennifer Leigh Trent, 43, Macon—probation violation.
•Marquiz Stephan Telismat, 23, Covington—burglary second degree.
•Michael Drake Boree, 33, Covington—failure to maintain lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper backing.
•Marchinlo Alexander Wyman, 51, Monticello—aggravated assault, affray and probation violation.
•Brandon Shawn Cordova, 20, Senoia—laying drag, violation of handicap parking and failure to maintain lane.
•Kayla Marie Smith, 31, Monticello—probation violation.
•Ashlyn Kayla Marrot, 19, McDonough—purchase/possession/manufacture/distribution or sale of marijuana and possession of Schedule I or II controled substance with intent to distribute.
•Tabitha Faye DeGracia, 29, Conyers—probation violation.
