The News on Vacation

Tommy and Nancy Davis, with daughter Brin Hogan spent a week in Colorado watching Brin’s 12 year old daughter Jacely play in a softball tournament. Out of 86 teams, her team, Impact, came in second place, their only loss coming in the championship game. Jacely’s younger sister, Kenzie, also made the trip. The picture is of the team holding a copy of The Monticello News. All their games were played in Colorado Springs. Several side trips were made during the week to such places as Garden of the Gods and the USA Olympic museum. Mr. Davis is the son of Janet Davis and the late Roy Davis of Monticello.
