Vera Lois Jones

Vera Lois Jones (Lois), age 90 of Mansfield, passed away on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021.

A Memorial Service will be held at Monticello First United Methodist Church on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. with the service to begin at 11 a.m.

Lois was a teacher and counselor in Florida and Georgia, retiring from

from Piedmont Academy of Monticello.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Hebert & Vera Donnie (Oliver) Winningham, and husband, Hubert William Jones.

Lois is survived by her daughter, Teresa Dressler of Hoschton; daughter and son-in-law Sarah and Tim Knight of Mansfield; sons and daughters-in-law, Marcus and Jamie Jones, of Lawrenceville and Richard and Jane Jones of Springfield, S.C.; 12 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
