Magistrate Court Makes Rulings

The June 3 Jasper County Magistrate Court results included the following sentences from the ordinance violation calendar and civil calendar.

Ordinance violation rulings included Alfred Johnson, dangerous structure and violation of international property maintenance code, dismissed; Gertrude Thomas, dangerous structure or premises and unlawful junk on residential property, dismissed; Pauline Card, unlawful junk on residential property, posting of house numbers violation, and exterior walls, continued; and Pam Garvey, dangerous structure or premises and violation of international property maintenance code, bench warrant issued.

Also, Eva Osborne, two counts of violation of international property maintenance code and protective treatment, continued; David Beck, unlawful junk on residential property; continued; Keith Yarbrough, unlawful junk on residential property, dismissed; and Harrison Thomas, violation of international property maintenance code and dangerous structure or premises, bench warrant.

Civil case renderings included Joe Ellen Green vs. Stephany Ivey, dispossessory, writ issued and no money; Roger Goodrum vs. Elizabeth Thomas, dispossessory, dismissed for want of prosecution; Brenton Field vs. Jennifer Liengang, writ issued; and Felicia Johnston vs. Barry Kirkley & Kevin Mason, judge to rule.
