Motion Day Results in Sentences, Bonds

Jasper Superior Court’s motion day criminal session held June 14 resulted in the following sentences being handed down by Judge Terry Massey.

Nicholas F. Epps, sentenced to 10 years with the first two years in confinement for three counts of theft by taking, aggravated assault, burglary in the second degree, and possession of firearm by first offender probationer. He was fined $1,000 and credited with time served from November 2019 to November 2021.

Mikhail L. Allison, sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct and fined $500.

Kenneth Standifer, probation revoked to residential substance abuse treatment program suspended upon completion of a minimum six month long term inpatient program for failure to pay court fees.

Adam S. Lopez, probation revoked to 180 days in probation detention center and must enroll in the Crossroads Recovery Program after his release for new offenses committed in Warner Robins.

Preston Bowe, probation revoked to 120-180 days in probation detention center for new offenses in Dooly County.

Also bond orders were set for Marvin Singleton in the amount of $50,000 and Jason Ratzel in the amount of $20,000.

Thomas J. Griggs had his bond revoked for committing new offenses while out on bond.
