Pair Is Arrested for Several Drugs

Deputies and members of the Jasper County Crime Suppression Unit executed a search warrant at 151 Georgia Pacific Road in Monticello on November 2, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office. .
During the execution of the search warrant an amount of suspected methamphetamine was found alongside packaging material and digital scales. Upon further investigation Schedule I, II, and IV controlled substances were found inside of the residence along with multiple ingestion devices, it said. The subjects at the residence were identified as Phillip Heard, Jr. and Ashlee Fox. Ms. Fox had active warrants for her arrest and was found to be a convicted felon. Multiple firearms were found in the residence and were seized.
Mr. Heard and Ms. Fox were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and drug related objects.

•Lucious Marcus Wesley Odom Jr, 37, Monticello—Probation Violation; Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance; Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (three counts); Forgery/1st Degree; Marijuana/Possess less than an ounce; Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers
•Savannah Jo McDaniel, 32, Monticello—possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance
•Diquan Jamal Johnson, 27, Monticello—probation violation
•Benjamin Dupree, 38, Conyers—Purchase/Possession/Manufacture/ Distribution or Sale of Marijuana
•Kendardus Ray Shun Benjamin, 31, Monticello—sale of Methamphetamine; Possession of a Schedule II, IV or V controlled Substance with Intent; Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute
•Andrew Michael Mays, 32, homeless—Failure to Appear for a Fingerprintable Charge
