Many Arrests Are Reported this Week

The newly renovated Jasper County jail may be nearing capacity after the number of people arrested in the past week. The charges vary greatly, from a person charged with 38 counts of insurance fraud to numerous drug violations. Those who were booked into the Jasper County Jail in the last week include:

•Kimberly Ann Dearro, 43, Covington—insurance fraud (38 counts)

•Lindsey Elizabeth Duncan, 32, Commerce—probation violation

•Kelby Jamire Williams, 23, Shady Dale—Receipt, Possession or Transport of Firearm by Convicted Felon; Parole Violation

•Eddie Williams, 62, Jackson—Aggravated Sexual Battery; Sexual Battery

•Joshua Wade Rutherford, 35, Madison—Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers by using Threats or Acts; Endangering a Child by Driving under the Influence of Alcohol; Failure to Maintain Lane; DUI – Driving under the Influence of Alcohol

•Cecilio Alfredo Aguayo Rodriguez, 25, Jacksonville, FL—driving without a valid license

•Elizabeth Rose Pilgrim, 20, Flovilla—Cruelty to Children – 2nd Degree; Cruelty to Children – 1st Degree

•Tavorian Marquez Jackson, 43, Monticello—theft of Lost/Mislaid Property

•Christian D’angelo Lacey, 25, Monticello—theft of Lost/Mislaid Property

•Timothy Wayne Waltman, 41, Griffin—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce.

•Jaylin Maurice McMichael, 25, Milledgeville—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce

•Sandraya Shanay Whipple, 43, Covington—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce

•John Henry Daniels, 32, Macon—Marijuana/possession of less than an ounce

•Henry Nelson Smith, 63, Shady Dale—hold for Newton County

•Kristin Emerald Rogers, 43, Madison, TN—probation violation

•Wesley Donald Stephens III, 33, Monticello—probation violation

•Kiara Armes, 22, Jonesboro—failure to appear for a finger printable charge

•Damien James Ingram, 24, Monticello—driving while License Suspended or Revoked; No Insurance; Speeding

•Caleb James Light, 18, Monticello—possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance; Marijuana/ Possession of less than an ounce

•Chase Reynolds Brown, 33, Monticello—Aggravated Assault (Family Violence); Cruelty to Children – 3rd Degree (Family Violence)

•Kimberly Morgan Anderson, 40, Monticello—Operation of Vehicle w/out Current Plate; Driving while License Suspended or Revoked

•Stephen Blake Smith, 33, Covington—Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (two counts); Sale/Distribution/or Possession of Dangerous Drugs; Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Drugs not in Original Container;
