Eight Are Booked into Jail

This week’s arrest booking only has eight individuals, and their charges vary greatly. Just as law enforcement calls vary from responding to wrecks to serving papers, to answering calls about livestock in the road and lots more. Persons booked into the Jasper County Jail in the past week include:

Leonel Antonio Benitez, 19, Norcross—Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance (2 counts); Purchase/Possession/ Manufacture/ Distribution or Sale of Marijuana

Christian Minlah-Mochiah, 20, Buford—Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance; Windshields and Windshield Wipers

Nicholas Salvator Olivieri, Jr, 25, Atlanta—Failure to Appear for a Fingerprintable Charge

Desanee Deshauna Nix, 30, Monticello—Theft by Shoplifting

Joshua Andrew Roberts, 45, Monticello—Battery/ Family Violence
