Deputies Respond to Variety of Calls Here

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) had another busy week, including responding to 14 accidents, making 47 traffic stops, serving 44 civil papers, and many other types of calls.

During the course of the week, the following people were booked into the Jasper County Jail on the charges shown.

Darryl Kyle Whitehead, 41, Conyers—theft by shoplifting

Donald Ernest Johnson, 51, Hillsboro—Marijuana/possession less than an ounce

Preston Lane Tanner, 17, Monticello—simple battery

Jody Whitten, 53, Monticello—failure to register as Sex Offender/failure to comply with requirement

Mathew John Duchaine, 37, Monticello—probation violation

Allen Talmadge Freeman, III, 50, Monticello—criminal damage to property/2nd Degree; false report of a crime

Joseph Samuel Spence, 40, Monticello—simple battery/family violence

Kelsey Lauren Sponable, 35, Monticello—simple battery/family violence

Breanna Michelle Smith, 20, Jackson—hold for Greene County

Gary Dewayne Morris, 52, Newborn—criminal damage to property/2nd Degree; Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers (three counts); disorderly conduct (two counts)

Tavorian Marquez Jackson, 18, Monticello—criminal trespass; loitering or prowling

Michael Jamar Ammons, 36, Monticello—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge (two counts)

Kevin Jamal Jacobs, 26, Monticello—terroristic threats and acts

Arrington Mckheil Bostic, 17, Monticello—aggravated assault

Rodney Brent Lewis, 44, Carlton—Superior Court Incarceration Order

Michelle Leeann Garrett, 32, homeless—failure to appear for a fingerprintable charge

Patricia Latreace Yarbrough, 43, Monticello—general registration requirements; possession of a controlled substance
