Get Ahead House Black History

The Get Ahead House of Monticello celebrated its annual 365 Days of Black History program on Saturday at the Jasper County Primary School. The organization which offers after school tutoring and summer events plans the program each year in honor of Black History Month. The youth performed skits, dances, recited poems, and reviewed history.
