Drugs Are Seized in Separate Cases

Deputies with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) were called to a residence in North Jasper County that resulted in them obtaining and executing a search warrant based on their observations on scene, and located the pictured items, in the top photo, including a handgun, suspected methamphetamine and suspected marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia.

Parties arrested on scene, and their charges, include

Savannah Dimsdale, 19, of Mansfield, charged with Possession of Methamphetamine; Marijuana – Possession of less than an ounce, Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Possession of Firearm or Knife while trying to Com-mit Crimes

Brittany Coursey, 30, McDonough, Possession of Methamphetamine; Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce; Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects

Dylan Byrd, 27, Mansfield – warrants still outstanding.

Previously, deputies conducted a traffic stop based off observations of equipment violations on a vehicle. After a brief investigation, approximately two pounds of suspected marijuana were located in the suspect’s vehicle.

The only occupant of the vehicle was arrested at scene:

Jeffrey Robinson, 43, of Covington who was listed in last week’s arrest booking for the marijuana and tag lights.

Traci Michelle Rutherford, 35, Covington—housed for Newton County

Michael Oneal Lyons, 58, Monticello—Probation Violation

Jamal Andrew Mcdonald, 34, Athens— Marijuana – Possess less than an ounce; Failure to Appear for a Fingerprintable Charge

Sonya Bonner, 39, Ranger—Failure to Appear for a Fingerprintable Charge (2 counts); Probation Violation

Christopher Demetruis Stodghill, 48, Covington—False Statements or Writings: Conceal Facts or Fraudulent Documents; Failure to Appear for a Fingerprintable Charge; Lamps and Other Equipment on Bicycles (2 counts)

Zachary Smith Lee, 32, Mansfield—ossession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Marijuana – Possess less than an ounce; Disorderly Conduct; Affray (Fighting)

Willie James Harvey, III, 27, Locust Grove— Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance; Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Marijuana – Possess less than an ounce; Visibility (Glazed Material) Violation

Skylor Caleb Maddox, 37, Monticello—Driving while License Suspended or Revoked

Osvaldo Martin-Garcia, 21, Atlanta— Driving without a Valid License; Reckless Driving; Injuring, Tearing Down or Destruction of Mailboxes
