Canes Track Competes at Region, Advances to State Qualifying
The Jasper County High School Hurricane varsity track team competed at the region track meet last weekend with the girls team finishing in fourth place with 73 points behind Social Circle, Lamar and Putnam. The boys finished in third place with 118 points behind Lamar and Social Circle.
The region results are listed as the finishers prepare to advance to the State Sectionals qualifying round Friday, May 2 at Bleckley County High School.
