Man Faces 11 Charges After Domestic Call
Raymond Jamell Victor, 37, of a Covington address is charged with Cruelty to Children – 3rd Degree (three counts); Possession of Firearm or Knife During Commission of or attempt to Commit Crime; Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance; Receipt/Possession/ or Transport of Firearm by Convicted Felon; Possession of Cocaine; Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance; Willful Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers (two counts); Battery/Family Violence after deputies responded to a domestic dispute at his home listed in Jasper County on the warrants.
