Plea Day Results Are Listed

Jasper Superior Court conducted multiple plea days over the last two weeks with the following sentences handed down.
Cases settled July 27 included:
Destiny L. Rollins, sentenced to 10 years with the first two in confinement for identity fraud, possession of methamphetamine, following too closely and failure to maintain lane. She was credited with time served since October 2021 and fined $2,000.
Darryl Hutcheson, sentenced to 10 years of probation for theft by conversion.
Tonya Waymon, sentenced to five years of probation for possession of firearm by convicted felon. Fined $1,000.
Casey Anderson, sentenced to three years of probation for possession of drug related objects, taillight violation, improper headlights, failure to maintain lane, failure to maintain brake lights, expired tag, defective windshield, and speeding. Fine $2,000.
Ryan Herrington, sentenced to two years of confinement for criminal solicitation. He was credited with time served since September 2022.
Holden Franklin, sentenced to two years of probation for battery, family violence, and criminal trespass. Fined $600.
Jessie Gude, sentenced to two years of probation for hindering emergency telephone call and criminal trespass. Fined $500.
Jerald Landress, sentenced to one year of probation with the first day in Jasper County jail for driving under the influence. Fined $500.
Randall Thompson, sentenced to one year of probation for drugs not in original container. Fined $500.
Eddie Helton, sentenced to one year of probation for simple assault. Fined $200.
Carlene Neal, sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $200.
Sharon Epps, sentenced to one year of probation for simple battery. Fined $200.
Austin Waits, sentenced to one year of probation for reckless driving. Fined $200.
Jonathan Martin, Jr., sentenced to one year of probation for reckless driving. Fined $200.
Glen Townsend, sentenced to one year of probation for possession of marijuana. Fined $500.
Russell Payne, sentenced to one year of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $500.
Glenn Wadsworth, sentenced to one year of probation for battery, family violence. Fined $400.
Anthony McDonald, sentenced to one year of probation for terroristic threats. Fined $300.
Stuart Pickett, sentenced to one year of probation for simple battery, family violence. Fined $500.
Ayden Moore, sentenced to probation for simple assault, terroristic threats, criminal trespass, and driving under the influence under age 21. Fined $1,000.
Roland Beatty, probation revoked to two years in jail for several new offenses in the counties of Carroll, Newton, and Spalding.
Fredrec Thomas, probation revoked to 120 days in jail for failure to adhere to probation conditions.
Clifford Braxley, probation revoked to six month long term inpatient treatment program for new offense of driving while license suspended in Baldwin County and failure to submit to a urine screening.

James Puckett, sentenced to five years of probation for possession of firearm by convicted felon. Fined $1,000.
Michael Lyons, sentenced to 60 days in jail for public drunkenness.
Richard Simpson, sentenced to one year of probation with first 20 days in jail for terroristic threat. Fined $400.
Gary Byrd, sentenced to one year of probation for theft by shoplifting.
Ernest Michael Scott, sentenced to one year of probation for theft by taking. Fined $500.
Ambriel Wyatt, sentenced to one year of probation for simple battery, family violence. Fined $400.
Steven Ross, sentenced to one year of probation for driving while license suspended. Fined $400.
Kelvin Head, probation revoked to one year to state prison for new offenses in Tybee Island and Spalding County.
Gavin Williford, probation revoked to 150 days in jail for being terminated from substance abuse treatment program.
Anthony Parker, probation revoked to 90 days in homeless shelter for failed drug tests and substance abuse treatment.
Denial of bond orders for Quincy Horton and Jimmie Key.
