Deer Festival Art Work Sought

The Monticello – Jasper County Chamber of Commerce has announced that entries are now being accepted for the 49th Annual Deer Festival logo contest.

This year’s contest is open to the community. The winning logo art design will become the property of the Chamber of Commerce and will be on all promotional materials for 2015 including the website, facebook page, and 49th annual t-shirts.

The winner will receive a $100 check and a t-shirt for each immediate family member (limit 5). They will be recognized during the program at the Deer Festival.

Submitted entries must be on an 8.5 x 11 sized paper and can have up to a four color design, it can also be in black and white. The entry must include name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address on the back of the design.

The art work must also include 49th Annual Deer Festival and/or 2015 and it is to be signed by the artist.

The deadline to enter is 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2015. All art work designs are to be submitted to the Monticello – Jasper County Chamber of Commerce, 119 West Washington Street, Monticello.
