Farm Bureau Contest Winners Named
Jasper County High School partnered with the Jasper County Farm Bureau to offer JCHS students an opportunity to participate in the first annual Jasper County Farm Bureau Essay Contest.
The topic was “What advancements of technology are in agriculture and how are they affecting Georgia Agriculture?” Students who participated were to construct an essay that addressed this topic and allowed them to explore the impact of agriculture on our state, specifically in the realm of technology.
Bronson Stinnett and Casey Elias worked together with Loretha Gage in making all of this possible. Huge thank you to the Jasper County Farm Bureau for their continued support in providing opportunities for students to bring their “A” game.
The first place winner received $100, second place winner received $50, and third place winner received $25. The following students were the winners:
1st place—Laura Sanchez – Hernandez
2nd place—Caitlyn Jones
