The Mudd Family

Cathy and Dewey Wright (middle seat) and Kathy and Jimmy Mudd (third seat) took a copy of The Monticello News with them on vacation to Key West recently.

Also on the golf cart are Dewey Wright, Jr., who is driving, and Will Wright, on the back. Will is Dewey Jr.’s son, and the reason the Wrights like to cruise to Key West as the younger Wright’s live there. This was taken at the southernmost point, however, there was a line for pictures, and somebody on the golf cart did not want to stand in line to have a picture made.

Dewey Jr.’s girlfriend, Jenny, took the photo. Are you going on vacation? If so, take a copy of The News with you, snap a photo, and submit to editor@themonticellonews.com to be featured in a future newspaper. Include lots of info about the trip or just a little. And it doesn’t matter how exciting your trip is…all vacations are great! If you forget your newspaper, buy a local one.
