Daddy’s little Dividend

Sunday will be Father’s Day. I think a lot of people have trouble finding a gift for Dad unlike one for Mother’s Day.
Mothers receive candy, flowers, a dinner out, just about anything, but Dads don’t really want those things. Typical Dad gifts consist of a shirt, tie, golf balls, or a coffee cup.
Why not have some fun with your gift this year? A tee shirt the color of the lawn with the letters on the front “Father Mows Best”. For the golfer dad a golf towel embroidered, “The Golf father.”
A card to dad that says, “This is your Father’s Day gift bought by your daughter using your money. Happy Father’s Day.”
Frankly, from what I know about fathers, they just enjoy a good meal and a quiet afternoon.
If your father is deceased, take time to remember some good memory of him.
Today is the longest day this year, 15 hours and 17 minutes, make it a good day.
