Super Bowl LIII
Fixin’ to watch Super Bowl? Some watch for the best of the best commercials, some want to be a wing eating champion and in between there is the game. Although none of the Southern teams are in it to win it this year, life goes on.
Will 2019 top last years consumption of 1.33 billion wings, 12.5 million pizzas, 27 million pounds of chips dipped into ??? pounds of dip? Super Bowl Sunday is the second most consumption day of the year, right behind Thanksgiving.
Make sure you put in your order early for wings and the likes at several of our local restaurants. Don’t be left out in the cold, literally.
And speaking of the cold, last year’s Super Bowl Sunday holds the record as the coldest in their history. In Minneapolis, Minnesota, the high was nine degrees and low was -6 degrees. According to Weather Underground, Atlanta should be a balmy 42 degrees at game time, Sunday, February 3rd.
LA Rams coach, Sean McVay was born in Marietta, graduated high school from Marist High School, is a member of a third generation football dynasty family and the youngest NFL coach. Opposite is New England Patriot coach, Bill Belichick, longest tenured head coach, 44 years, winning five Super Bowls as head coach and two as defensive coordinator. Interesting?
Have a great time, be careful on our roads.
