CPR Instruction for Kids

Man, what a great week this has been! We still have one more class to go but after this week is over we will have trained 52 people on providing life-saving CPR, using an AED, and choking rescue!

There was a wonderful response to the free classes offered and the kids that attended have now been equipped to help any adult or child in need if they go into cardiac arrest. The children that have attended have all been extremely eager to learn, have come armed with some great situational awareness questions, and have entertained all with their personal stories of experiences.

When available, some parents got down on the floor with the kids and learned right along-side their children. We are on our way to getting all of Jasper County CPR trained!
