Happy Father’s Day

Hello, to all the fathers, daddys, pops, da da, you know who you are, Happy Fathers’s Day. You are half of each of us reading these words. Although we don’t say it enough, thanks for giving us the chance to be what we became.

What to give as a gift on Father’s Day? If you watch the television commercials, fathers want a new set of jumper cables. WOW. That was easy.

Some dads take you to get your first car after teaching you to drive. Some dads cook breakfast on the weekends. Some dads give you confidence to mow the lawn, graduate from college, or walk you down the aisle or shake your hand when you get married. All fathers are not alike. Some dads are moms, too.

And Dad no matter what you ever receive as a gift in your whole life, that little child will be the very best.

Even when you think they are not listening, they are absorbing and make those words something that will prepare them to go into the world.
