School Governance Team Members Sought
Community members should consider nominating a parent or community leader as a candidate for the local School Governance Team (SGT). Terms of individuals are expiring, and each school in the JCCS desires to have parents as the strongest partners on the SGT.
Nominations are due by May 1 with elections held May 7-11.
As part of the charter agreement, the SGT works alongside the principal at each school to provide input into decision making and support the overall development and implementation of the school improvement plan.
Nominate a parent or community leader by contacting that school’s principal.
