Turtle Cove Woman’s Club Offers Scholarship

The Turtle Cove Woman’s Club is again offering a scholarship(s) to our community’s graduating seniors or continuing education students. The scholarship is funded by proceeds from various Woman’s Club events.

The scholarship(s) is based on character, achievement and need. Scholarship recipients must be permanent residents of Turtle Cove and be enrolled or enrolling in an accredited program, either full or part time at any college, university or technical college. The scholarship money will be returned to the Woman’s Club if the recipient fails to enroll within one year from the date of issue. Application deadline is April 15.

Applications are available in the guidance offices at Jasper County High School, Piedmont Academy and the Turtle Cove Clubhouse.

The Woman’s Club Scholarship Committee will notify the winning recipient of the scholarship in early May.
