Ch-ch-ch-chia
Nothing says Christmas like the familiar jingle we rarely hear except this time of year. No, it’s not “Jingle Bells” or “White Christmas.” It’s “Ch-ch-ch-chia” pets, first in the stores and airwaves back in 1977 and since has made somebody real rich.
Here’s a fun idea: matching pajamas for the family and this year you can get them for your cat and dog. What a great Christmas card photo idea! Snuggies are still around, as well as toe socks. Oooh!
For that person who has everything, how ‘bout an inflatable salad bar which can also be used as a flotation device the rest of the year.
Toys from Christmas past include pet rocks, pocket pets, gameboy, beanie babies, tamagotchi, pokemon, furby and cabbage patch dolls. Unbelievably, two toys that have stood the test of time are hula hoops and slinkies.
Only six shopping days left so get out there and buy, buy, buy the perfect gift for that special person. Word to the wise, diamonds are really the girl’s best friend, even old boys like toys, and the kids usually play with the box the toy came in longer than the toy.
