Schools To Host Title 1 Meetings

Jasper County school system parents, guardians, and community stakeholders are invited to attend the Title 1 Annual Meeting held at each school.

The meetings are an opportunity to learn about the Title 1 program at each child’s school and the opportunities offered through this federal program. Some of the topics that will be discussed are: What is a Title 1 school? How does our school spend Title 1 money?

Schools and their meeting dates include:

•Jasper County Primary School—Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 6-7 p.m. in the Media Center.

•Washington Park Elementary School—Thursday, Oct. 2, from 6-7 p.m. in the Cafeteria.

•Jasper County Middle School—Monday, Sept. 22, from 6:45-7:45, in “C” Building, Conference Room #23.

•Jasper County High School—Thursday, Sept. 25, from 7-8 p.m. in the auditorium.
