Postage Stamp Price Increases

The price of a first class postage stamp will increase this Sunday, Jan. 26, from 46 cents to 49 cents.

In addition, the cost for the second ounce or part thereof will increase by a penny from 20 cents to 21 cents. In addition, the cost to mail a postcard will increase from 33 cents to 34 cents.

In addition, most other mail services, such as certified, restricted delivery, and USPS tracking will increase.

“Forever” stamps purchased before Sunday will still be good when the rate increase takes place.
