Chirstmas Preparations

How many of you have your Christmas shopping finished? I just love these folks who boast, “why I finished all my shopping in August and the gifts wrapped by Thanksgiving.”

Just where do you keep these wrapped and ready for giving gifts, in your gift wrapping room?

Miss Hostess with the Mostest who always has some finger foods ready to take to a last minute get together brags when asked about the recipes for whatever, “well, I just mix the cream cheese, chives and bacon bits and spread on bagel bites, E-A-S-Y.”

We got our first Christmas card the Monday after Thanksgiving. I had to figure out where to put the card, it just didn’t look right next to the pilgrim family and turkey display. I suppose the early card senders address their cards while soaking up the last rays of summer sunshine on vacation.
