Fall Beauty
Each year, we, Fall Foliage Fans, look forward to seeing that special tree that boasts bright orange, red or yellow leaves and makes us sigh, AH!
It’s the last hurrah before those beautiful leaves FALL to the ground and the leaf blowers crank up.
Since I have driven through the Chattanooga area twice in the past two weeks, I have seen a preview of what we have in store for us as far as fall foliage goes. Hopefully.
Luckily for us in Jasper County, we have vast forests full of trees that will display colorful leaves against a background of tall green pine trees.
And our roadways are graced with gold, yellow and purple wildflowers, pretty for us to see and also to give food to the flocks of birds heading south for the winter.
Now, is a great time to pack a picnic lunch, take a drive, find a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the glories of our fall.
