Hostess Brands Chocolate Chip Muffins

The four-pack Hostess Mini Muffins chocolate chip variety are being recalled for walnuts not listed on the product label.

Georgia Agriculture Commissioner Tommy Irvin alerts consumers that Hostess Brands, Inc., Irving, Texas, is recalling its Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins multi-packs. They are sold in retail stores throughout the United States.

The multi-packs may contain muffins with walnuts, an allergen that is not listed as a product ingredient on the packaging. Those who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to walnuts may experience serious illness or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
