Homebuilders Association May Form Here

Representatives of the Georgia Association of Home Builders met with builders, sub-contractors, bankers, lawyers, realtors and other businessmen Tuesday in Jasper County to discuss forming a chapter in the county.

The meeting was held in the upstairs meeting room at the Tillman House Restaurant and about 40 people attended.

The meeting was basically a question and answer session with representatives from the state association. The general consensus was that there is a need for a unified voice in Jasper County.

The group will meet next week with people from Butts County to discuss forming a joint chapter.
