God Is Interested in You

God is interested in you. He wants to have a personal relationship with you. He wants to be your spiritual Father. He wants you to be counted among His spiritual children. He loves you and He wans your love.
He wants love filled homes, generous, gracious, hearts filled with love and gratitude. He wants to help you through life’s problems and struggles.
How do you know this you say? The only way that anyone can know anything about God, who is not only the God of nature, but also a personal God. God reveals these things and everything else we need to know about Him and life and godliness in the Bible.
In 2 Peter 1:2-4, Peter writes, “Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
Grace and peace from God can be yours. His divine power is given to us through the gospel, which Romans 1:16 tells us contains God’s convincing power, His motivating power, His convicting power, and His converting power which saves us from the power of sin.
It also contains God’s transforming power, His power to build us up spiritually, His power to keep us in His grace, and His power to provide for us an avenue to heaven. We can be partakers of God’s divine nature!
Many ask, “But, isn’t the Bible just written by men?” I answer this question often. Yes, it’s written by men, but not by just men. That’s just part of the story. That’s Satan’s half-truth. You see, the Bible was written by men selected by God, and inspired by the Holy Spirit, to write so that they could make no error in what they wrote.
God revealed to those He selected to write the Bible things that no person could know unless God told them. For example, how man came into existence and God’s laws of reproduction.
God reveals to us facts of nature, and history that mankind thousands of years later discovered to be true after having lost the knowledge God originally revealed.
The Bible is the most exciting, fascinating book ever written. Don’t just own a Bible. Read it. Read it and profit. I suggest a modern speech Bible, the NEW King James version. Other modern speech versions are full of serious errors. Read of His power.
Read of His love, concern and care. Experience God’s love and grace. Seek Him while He is near. Seek a personal relationship with God. Let Him guide you through a love filled life and aid you in life’s struggles and trials.
Jesus shows the way. Follow the teaching of Jesus by doing the things Jesus teaches. Learn how you can receive His blessings. Personal and group studies are available for those who desire them. Call on me at any time.
