It’s tax time, commonly referred to as the Tax Season. I suppose calling it a season makes it sound like a “fun” time. Wrong.

Sure those taxpayers who get a refund have “fun” especially if they get back more money than they thought they would. Then there is the opposite end of that spectrum, those who owe, no “fun” there.

For some “fun” reading, go to www.irs.gov and just start reading the “fun” tax laws. For instance, read the law about the “deductibilty of high deductible insurance premiums.”

In a matter of minutes, you will be lost in a jungle of numbers and unfamiliar wording, typically known as, the tax digest and usually hard to digest. Gulp!
