Jeffrey Mooty

Jeffrey Mooty, 43, of Eatonton, formerly of Monticello, died August 25, 2013, at Athens Regional Medical Center.

He was born in Atlanta to the late James Mooty and Patricia Scoggins Mooty on May 25, 1970.

Mr. Mooty was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Douglas Mooty.

No service is planned at the present time.

He is survived by his mother Patricia Scoggins of Jackson; his sister, Melinda Cook of Eatonton, brothers, James A. Mooty, also of Eatonton, and Bobby Scoggins.
