Eighth, Ninth Grade Meetings Set

All current Monticello Middle School eighth grade students are invited to an orientation at Jasper County High School (JCHS) on Thursday, Feb. 6, at 6:30 p.m.

The orientation is for the 2014-15 academic year in preparation for middle school students transition to high school. Parents are urged to attend this important session that will discuss graduation requirements, Advanced Placement, honors courses, CTAE courses, pathway options and club offerings.

Additionally, all current Jasper County High School ninth through eleventh graders may register Friday, Feb. 7 from 2 to 7 p.m.

Registration is for the 2014-15 Academic Year. Parents of high school students are urged to call JCHS to request a conference time with an adviser.This conference is requirement for grades 9-11.
