Town Hall Meeting

Please join the Monticello-Jasper County Chamber of Commerce next Tuesday, June 23, 2015 for an open house in the Visitors’ Center (119 West Washington Street) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

We will be sponsoring “Our Community – A Town Hall Meeting.” This event has been organized to feature Jasper County and all the services the county provides.

All the county entities have been invited to put up information tables with hand-outs. There will be someone from each department to visit with you and answer questions.

At 6 p.m., a Town Hall meeting will take place. Meet and greet the County Commissioners, Mayor and City Council from Monticello, and Shady Dale Mayor and Town Council.

Jim Dove with the Northeast Georgia Regional Development Center will be facilitating a question and answer time with the officials. Please take this opportunity to come and support a Chamber event and this wonderful county we live in.
