Kindergarten Registration Set

Jasper County Primary School will conduct kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 beginning later this month with four dates scheduled.

Days to register for kindergarten are Saturday, March 25 from 9 a.m. until noon; Monday, March 27 from 9 a.m until 11 a.m.; Thursday, March 30 from 4-7 pm..; and Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. until noon.

Registration will be held at the JCPS located at 495 Highway 212 West in Monticello.

Kindergarten is for children who are five years old on or before September 1. If your child is currently enrolled at Jasper County Primary School Head Start or Pre-Kindergarten then you do not need to enroll your child in kindergarten.

The following documentation must be brought to the registration event:

•Birth Certificate

•Social Security Card

•Immunization Certificate Form 3231

•Hearing, Vision, and Dental Certificate Form 3300

•Proof of Residency (Must include name and address of parent/guardian enrolling student) proof may include following current documents:

Lease/rental agreement

Residential tax bill

Warranty/quick claim deed

Home purchase agreement
