Rob Andrews Is Named Director of Boys’ Home

Never Too Late founder and National Developmental Director Dr. John DeGarmo welcomes Rob Andrews as the new Executive Director of Never Too Late.

Never Too Late is designed to be a residential group home for boys in foster care in Georgia. Mr. Andrews has a wide range of experience working with children, including serving as the Career Technical Instruction Coordinator at Jasper County High School, CTAE director for Greene County Schools, State CTAE Director for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, and as an assistant principal in Greene County.

Mr. Andrews earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mercer University, Master’s in Foundation Education from Troy University, Master’s in Educational Leadership from Georgia College and State University, and a Specialist’s level certification from Walden University. Mr. Andrews is an Army and Army Reserves veteran, having served in Desert Storm and Desert Shield among other assignments.

Mr. Andrews said he is excited to begin work at Never Too Late, and will oversee the final process of licensing and opening the home.
